Makes great ice but poor design makes it difficult to clean. We've owned it for a couple of years and it needs to be cleaned at least once a month. The pictures show what you'll see if you look closely at your unit every so often. It doesn't come apart at all so you'll need to get crafty when cleaning it.

We are enjoying having enough ice for the 5 of us. Hopefully, this machine will last us longer than 6 months.

It’s quiet, efficient, makes great ice and is really low maintenance. We got this in between refrigerators to keep our ice stocked. It worked beautifully, and it kept us sane. We’ll definitely use again and again, especially for larger gatherings and camping.

It would be nice to have a way to keep the ice freezing after it’s made, but i just move it to the freezer if we are having a need for lots of ice.

When the directions said 6-12 mins to make ice, I didn’t believe it could be possible, but I was proven to be wrong! I can make a whole basket full of ice in 20 mins, it’s incredible and great quality as well. This machine has been a family favorite, everyone uses the machine daily!

I bought this same model previously and it lasted me over two years of daily use. It probably would have lasted even longer but I accidentally got water in the fan unit when I was cleaning it. It produces plenty of ice for me.

After first set up, we had ice in less than 10 minutes. Before you know it you’ll have more ice than you know what to do with!

It’s well designed; the water tank is under the ice bin, so if the ice melts, the water is reused. It’s quiet, efficient, and wonderful!

Produces a good amount of ice in rather little amount of time. Also loved the color reminds me of a Tiffany blue.
