We've been using distilled water for clear ice cubes, and it's amazing how much this thing makes. Great little machine. Would recommend it to anybody.

Good Buy for the Price Point

I like that it makes ice in a matter of minutes and cycles through very quickly. The only thing about this ice maker is quite noisy.

Fill the container with water, ice is made and pushes into the container where it can be dumped into your freezer bin or storage container or used for a glass to drink. Would recommend. Works for what we needed.

We had it outdoors and it made ice for 5 days in temperatures from 59 - 93 degrees F. If you leave running continuously, it really pimps out the ice. Hearing the cubes drop and then watching the arm scoop up the ice and move into the storage area is entertaining and therapeutic.

We use it for camping and works great. My only criticism is that when it scoops the ice into the holder the ice sticks and blocks the full sensor. So no more ice made when there’s plenty of room. It’s not a big deal bc it still makes a good amount and it’s fast.

In the interim, I bought this ice maker and it works great! Produces quickly and has two different sizes. It’s a bit noisy but no louder than your dishwasher. Very happy with this ice maker.
