It makes ice quickly and holds it for a surprisingly long time. It is a little loud when it drops and moves the ice, but I guess that can't really be helped.

This thing PUMPS out ice! from what i've been told, its just like the ice you get at chik-fil-a too!

I love that it makes ice fairly quickly. If I need ice for an event at the house I am able to make plenty of ice for the day and able to keep up with the ice consumption during the day.

The small vs large aren't too different as they're both rather small. But the speed makes up for that. It is little loud when running.
