This is the second one I have gotten and granted the first one crapped out before my protection plan was up (so definitely get a 2 year one) but when it did go bad I took it back and they sent me a brand new replacement. I added another 2 years to the new unit and am a happy camper for 2 more years! Even if I have to replace it, it's worth it. A bag of ice at $2/bag and getting 1 bag a week (and that's bare minimum) = $104/year, so after 2 years of use I would say it was more than worth it!!

Good ice maker. Really quick. It makes a batch on about 8 minutes. You do have to take it out pretty quick or it melts. Easy to use and an overall good purchase.

Great product helped out when our ice machine had taken a bad turn.

this Ice maker is worth every penny , we use in our camper and it keeps us and our friends drinks stocked with ice puts out ice every 8 minutes and they are perfect for drinks .

Takes awhile and I wish the small cubes were smaller but otherwise its perfect for all my iced coffee needs.

I Love my ice maker! I wish I would of had it sooner!

Noisy and loud. The ice it makes is perfect for eating. But it takes a while (not really a complain as it is faster than freezing water in the freezer) for the little it makes at a time. You have to watch so it doesn’t make more than what fits in the holding basket. It won’t hold what full water reservoir will make. Super loud. Had to return. All in all- first world problems.

At first I wasnt sure I was keeping it because it is obnoxiously loud. But I found a way to make it work. I leave it running for a few hours when im expecting people over and I move the ice to my freezer. It makes ice super fast so it’s convenient in that aspect. You definitely have to move the ice to the freezer though cause it will just melt if you dont.

Perfect size for my countertop! So easy to use! I use bottled water or filtered water from my refrigerator plus emptying it weekly to keep it running properly. Just read the instructions!

Bought this ice maker because our fridge doesn’t make ice cubes fast enough. Works great! Makes ice cubes very fast.

I love this ice maker it makes ice quickly and I can bag up two bags a night. My husband uses ice for his cooler every morning. I would recommend this product very highly.
