    I am a ice chomper, and I wish I would have purchased an ice maker sooner. It really does make ice in minutes. Make sure you read the instructions. I recommend this icemaker.

    The motor pooped out on our old countertop ice maker. I tried fixing it, but couldn't get the motor to fit back into its slot, so it was time for a new one! I like this one better than my previous one. The resevoir is deeper, therefore the basket is bigger and holds much more ice. Because there seems to be more headspace, it's much easier to clean out any mold that might form, any build up, etc. *Remembering to clean well and often is the key to a long lifetime for these ice makers!*
