We use 2 gallon freezer bags to keep the ice, we don’t use, in the freezer. If you stay on top of it and dump the ice when it needs dumping, you’ll have plenty of ice for small parties.

The ice is small, but that’s perfect for cocktails. Keep it filled with water and you’ll always have ice. I still don’t get how it makes ice so fast, but I like it. Perfect for parties!

So I bought this because my baby is teething and the ice helps A LOT. You do have to break it down to smaller pieces but it’s soft ice not like the ice you get from a restaurant. There isn’t much difference in the size even though it says small/large.

This ice maker is better than the last one that we had. It is used all day, everyday. The only downfall is it does not notify you when it is running low on water. It just makes smaller ice cubes.

I make up Large ziplock bags from our reverse osmosis water system so I always have clean ice. It’s just loud during the freezing process. I don’t know if it normal but I moved it out of the bar in the center of the house to the kitchen to block some of the noise

First maker low water shut off didn't work at all. I test the replacement maker, worked a few test then stop working altogether. Would get a 5 star rating if not for the non functioning low water shut off.

If you stay on top of moving the fresh ice to a bag in your freezer you will have a bag filled in no time at all.

Love that the ice just melts right back into the machine and can be reused. Without question worth the investment, I've used this product more in a month then I ever expected and I've never had to worry about running out of ice!
