Love this thing. If you don’t have a fridge that makes ice and you use the trays, throw them out ASAP, spend the 100$ and you’ll thank me later

Nice portable item. When my refrigerator bit the dust this came in very handy. Easy portability when my family allows I will place it behind my bar in the basement. Bought it on sale at best buy. Worth the sale price. I don't know if I would have paid $169.

I thought that it made a different kind of cube, but the bullet cubes worked fine after they melted a bit. Great to curb dehydration when you're sick.

It would be better if a person didn't have to move the ice out away from the sensors so it was better able to keep the tray full.

It does its job. Ice melts fast. Make sure to clean it regularly

I like making ice to keep in the freezer for cold drink during the summer. I do wish the ice did not melt so quickly as it sits in the basket prior to removal.

I ordered this ice maker as a gift for my daughter, and she loved it! She lives in an apartment with a refrigerator that does not have an ice maker, so she really appreciated getting this one. She looks forward to having more freezer space without those bulky ice bags she use to buy.

The younger ones give birthday parties for their children at all sort of fun places. As a senior citizen , I would like to have a birthday party at Best Best Buy by my family. I would want to be registerer for the gifts of electronics that I want to receive. I guess I can sit back and dream .

I only use filtered water. Regular cleanings. This one is making a noise like a gear is stripped. This going to me a pain if i cancel my total tech

overall, it works well but the ice melts so fast that it constantly loses ice because the inner temperature seems high

I have a disease that killed my salivary glands, so I always have to carry a glass of ice with me. I bought an icemaker to keep in my bathroom so I do not have to go downstairs to get ice from the kitchen. Having had 3 knee replacements and 2 back surgeries, I appreciate saving those extra steps.

Really good product and works flawless, downside its doesnt last long, had mine for a year and half and it stopped making ice. Other then that works good

Was purchased as a gift for my mother. She uses it daily. As long as you use bottled water & let air dry out often it will do exactly what it should. Had no problems with this yet.

Great value for the right price if you live in an apartment that doesn't have an ice maker in the fridge and don't want to take up too much counter space.

Bought this machine to have some readily available ice in the office. Initially it was a great machine. Loved using it. Very easy to use and worked really well for about 11.5 months. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. It would not make ice at all. I unplugged and cleaned it thoroughly and it started to work again, for about a week. Then crapped out again. At this point, it was just inside MFG warranty but couldn't get free time to got to the store until about 4 weeks later. The store doesn't have any mechanism to repair the ice maker and no suggestions on how to repair it. What a waste of money and material. Pretty sure it's a quick fix somewhere but they don't even offer a solution for repair. Would not recommend. And do not recommend buying for Best Buy.
