The ice melts and then more is made constantly until you have to add more water. We use it for our camp and really like it!

It must be amazing because as of right now I’ve purchased a total of 4 of these. One for myself and one for each of my three children.. Two are the silver color and two are red.

Give yourself ample time as it does take awhile to do a big batch. I like how I always have ice at hand and don’t have to worry about a tray spilling all over the freezer

The only problem I have found is that it is quite a bit louder than previous machines I have been around. But I got this one on clearance and saved $50. 00 so there's that.

But this is a must have if you drink beverages all the time.

Posted .If you want your ice maker to work faster, you need to reduce the temperature so that the ice cubes freeze more quickly. Therefore, take a look at the thermostat in the freezer. If you want your ice cubes to freeze more quickly, you should reduce the temperature by 3 to 5 degrees Fahrenheit.
