This ice maker works great! on the small cube setting it makes 9 cubes every 5 minutes. Also, its compact and very quiet.

Our ice maker in the freezer quit several years ago. Tired of always buying ice. First ice maker we bought we we're not happy with it. Once the ice cubes were made water continued to run over them. Water did not recirculate. That ice maker was returned. Went to Best Buy they had this one. Just what we we're looking for. Ice in a basket without water running over it and recirculating water. It's not loud either unlike our sons that he purchased many years ago. Very happy with purchase.

Love my new Ice maker. I never have enough room in my freezer to make ice. And buying ice gets expensive. The more you pay the less you get. I am pleased with the amount of ice that you can make in such a short time. And if you have to run an errand it will auto shut off and not over fill. It quieter that I expected and not buying new save me a lot of money. I love it!!!

Purchased this to help make ice during all of the holiday get togethers. It’s easy to clean initially, and then straight forward to use. Plug in, add water, and you’re on your way. Makes ice fairly quickly. I’m a fan of the purchase.

I bought this ice maker last summer and it absolutely kicks butt! It has been very reliable. Makes ice in 7 minutes, and continues to make ice all day. It is now a staple on my kitchen counter. I loved it so much, I just bought another one for my sister in law for her birthday. Best Buy app makes it super easy to shop direct to her home too! Over all this was a great purchase and I am very happy with it.

I broke my regular ice tray that you fill with water and bend to get the ice out. I immediately purchased this. It takes up little counterspace and makes ice quickly. Its easy to clean but can get moldy easily if you don't clean regularly.

Bought this for my mother who doesn't drive and wanted to be able have ice for her drinks without asking for anyone to go get her a bag. She is very happy with this product! It is small and compact but makes more than enough ice for her.

So far so good. Bought as a simple inexpensive work-around for a broken ice maker in a high-end fridge. It does its job. It makes ice - a lot of it and quickly. Unless you're having a pool party weekend it's likely you'll need to run it just a couple times a week. It's sleek enough to hide well in a nicely appointed kitchen as well. I don't know how long it will last but right now it's far better than a expensive repair or complete replacement of a fridge.

I almost kick myself for not getting this sooner! It makes ice so fast! My only complaint is that it is hard to clean at times, getting to those small corners is a pain in the butt. I would recommend putting in the water you drink with and not tap water. I have a filter on my sink which gives the water a better taste than my tap water. It does not take up too much counter space and is fairly quiet. I love that it came with a tray to catch the ice and a little scooper.

It is perfect for my family of two right now. It fits perfectly on my counter and I absolutely love the mint color. My only dislike of this product, is how the ice begins to melt after it drops.

This is a very nice unit and works exactly as described. I purchased this because once again our built-in Kitchen Aid refrigerator had another ice maker failure. Faced with the cost of repairs, likely over $300, I decided to try a countertop ice maker. After checking out several brands and models at BB, I ended up with this one in red. There is only one problem with countertop ice makers sucvh as this one. The ice comes out wet, and when you transfer the ice to a freezer, it can freeze together in a huge clump, necessetating a hammer, ice pick, or some other tool to break up the clump. I thought, "Well I must not be the only one with this problem", so I did a bit of research. Most solutions said store the ice in paper bags, the paper will absorb the excess water and the ice won't freeze together. Well, yes and no. Yes the paper bags do absorb some of the water, but it does not prevent wet cubes from freezing to the bag. Yech, now you have paper stuck to your ice. Not cool. So, knowing the problem to be wet cubes, why not dry them off a bit before dumping them into the freezer bucket? Taking a clean white towel, I laid the towel on the counter, dumped the ice onto the towel, and blotted the ice mostly dry before dumping into the freezer ice bucket. Yup, it works and now the ice remains relatively free of water and no longer sticks together. Problem solved.

I loved the size of the ice cubes that it makes. It is quiet while running. There were two negatives. One - it doesn’t keep the ice cold. You need to scoop it out and place in the freezer. Two - there was a short in the power cord after the third day of using it. Best Buy’s customer service was great. While the store did not have an additional one in stock to exchange, they are sending one to my home. Cannot wait to get it next week.

makes ice cubes i minutes but only about 10 at a time, need a little patience, pretty quiet and small footprint

Purchased this for my son who lives in an RV. He is very happy. RV freezers have no room to maintain purchasing bags of ice. He says it makes ice every 6 minutes and it is a good size piece. It gives you 2 choices of size. It is not noisy.

This is a great ice machine! Compact in size so it is countertop friendly and does not look bulky! The amount of ice it makes is perfect for our family of four! We use bottled drinking water to lessen the water stains from tap water. This was an inexpensive ice maker compared to most others we looked at and works perfectly for us!
