The ice comes out a bit soft so we often throw it in the freezer to harden it up. I believe this is true for all ice makers. Happy we purchased it. We love Best Buy too.

Only had an issue once where the full ice sensor didn’t work so it just kept making ice but it’s great and I love this product!

I would probably want a machine that has a larger capacity for ice storage if I was entertaining though.

Other than that, it serves it's purpose of making ice.

I paid 130 for only ice maker. Feel scammed. It’s a bulky device u would think u can store as well.

The ice melts fast if you add a beverage that hasn't been refrigerated. I wouldn't recommend this product if you needed a lot of ice
