What little melts gets recycled into making more ice. Perfect for home. Have a similar one in my small office of 3 people.

One: drain plug difficult to access but workable. Two: cabinet and lid need insulation to slow ice melt while waitimg for multiple cycles to fill ice basket

We purchased this last june, used it for the a few months through summer then stored it away until two weeks ago. Hopefully they will replace it as we’re still under the 1 year warranty

Its a super small bin plus the ice compartment is not for keeping ice frozen. The ice is melty when you get it out. I just couldnt make myself like this. I’ll save my money and get one of the pellet bigger makers.

Perfect gift for her bday. Now i never have to be sent to the store to buy her a bag of ice from quick check. Saves me gas, time and money. Def recommend!

Also, once the ice is made, you need to immediately put it in the freezer as it melts pretty quickly.

A little noisier then I'd hoped but with it not having a cooling system to keep the ice solid once made this machine would never consistently run anyway.
