Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this ice maker is not what I thought it would be. it has two settings for cubes large and small the small are equally as large as the large not a huge deal but I was hoping for the ice like sonic has! but where the two stars comes in at is the fact that when the ice is released it is either melting a little or water is spraying on the ice when making new cubes thus resulting in the basket being very wet when you lift and all the ice sticks together when transfer to freezer very annoying.

It comes with a year warranty and Insignia support refers you to the Geek Squad if something goes wrong. However, it would be nice to not have to contact support first. After about 3-5 months the compressor in the ice maker starts to squeal. I got the replacement in July 2021 and it's October 27th 2021 and I'm working to get it replaced.
