after a month it is constantly shutting down only to be useful when we wet the unit

It made ice, but the difference between the large & small was not noticeable. The ice was always wet, so when I dumped it in my freezer bin it clumped together & we had to use a fork to separate it. I returned this item. It wasn’t worth the trouble. I’m back to using ice trays.

I purchased this ice machine because my family loves having fresh ice and it fit perfectly in my kitchen. It worked great for a couple of days and then suddenly stopped making ice. I followed all directions, made sure my home was always nice and cool even changed the location of the ice maker and it just never worked properly.

I was totally happy with it until it quit working after less than 6 months.

It’s cool it does the job but… it takes so much time, it says 8min max but it takes hours

It worked fantastic… for 1 year. I had no issues for the first year then randomly 1 day the plastic that’s hold the water up to make the ice cubes snapped. Not sure why, there was no ice in it at the time but it just broke.

Makes tons of ice very quickly. But the inside where the ice is made, is impossible to access for cleaning. And it does get very nasty and moldy in there, particularly in the tray underneath the metal parts which freeze to make the ice. It's super frustrating. I would not recommend this model because it's impossible to keep it clean.

I buy one about every 3-5 years my last one lasted 7 years how about that So far the one is working out

It’s only been a year and my I machine stopped working! After I went on YouTube to see why it’s not making ice I seen other people reviews of how to fix it and they only had theirs for 1 year ! Sad thing this bad doesn’t stand behind their product appliance you have to replace yearly!

It is pretty slow.. and the ice is really wet. I'm kind of disappointed..

Takes like 2 hours to make a couple of cubes. Youd have better luck just throwing water in the fridge.

Worked great for awhile, then stopped making ice. Unplugged then started working then stopped again.

I have been wanting an ice machine for a few years so I finally bought this one. I couldn’t get a full tray of ice because the ice would melt, so it was a big circle all day. The machine didn’t keep ice cold, only made the ice. So u have to put ice in freezer but then the ice would freeze together in the freezer and then u have a big chunk of ice. Over all not worth it. I returned it and just bought a bag of ice.

It works as advertise but is quiet noisy had to take down to basement to be able to use it.

It starts out making tons of ice cubes and after a couple months it takes almost an hour for the first batch of ice cubes. We clean it all the time and it'll help speed up the process for about a week and then back to an hour to make a batch. When I say batch I mean one cycle of ice cubes which is 8 ice cubes. Look for another one with better reviews. Also make sure you buy the warranty on it. It's been 2 years and 2 months and now it doesn't work at all. I strongly suggest you DONT BUY THIS ITEM!!!

Liked it at first...turns out ice quickly. Pump died in two months so that was disappointing. The ice falling into the storage bucket can be loud and annoying since it is running constantly

It makes a lot of noise but it works great if you can ignore that
