    Serious Molding issue

    Do not buy . Had very serious molding issue . I didn’t use for 2 week got molded now it wouldn’t work at all. Yet I wouldn’t use it at all after that molding anyway. Now I know why everyone sale them I’ve machine on other markets . Waits of money

    You would get ice faster by just driving to the store and bringing it home!! Absolutely ridiculous for the cost of this thing!!

    It does what it says. The ice is barely frozen and melts quickly. We tried putting in a freezer immediately but the cubes froze together.

    Works but has plenty of flaws. Makes odd noises, had to get a third replacement now, there are better options out there.

    This ice maker worked wonderfully for around 3 weeks, but now it will no longer make ice. It goes through the full cycle as if it is making cubes but it never produces ice. It was cleaned regularly and was only ever filled with filtered water. If you want an ice maker that works for longer than a month, I would not recommend this one.

    It worked great at first! But stopped working after 3 months.. no warning signs that i was going to stop working, i always cleaned it as noted in the directions.

    This ice maker is terrible do not buy. Worked for about a week before it stopped making ice. Also gave the ice a metallic taste. No self clean function either.

    Malfunctioning after two months

    Bought this in July after my last ice maker of a different brand quit working. Just barely two months later, the ice maker is making a horrible loud noise every time it cycles water for a new batch of ice. TWO months. Spend your money elsewhere.

    This icemaker makes eight tiny ice cubes that would fit on your fingertips and it takes about 20 minutes to make it I can’t believe they ever designed this product and it made it through an entire corporate production system and they market a product that so obviously does not work in a very unfortunate waste of time Doesn’t even make enough ice for one drink in a full hour of operation and it seems to be working perfectly it’s just a serious design flaw

    I really liked the ice maker. It worked well when I first got it, but it just stopped working. Luckily I have the best buy membership, so they said I can get my money back in store credit. Its kind of a bummer that this machine worked less than 10 times and broke.

    Got this unit and it started leaking after a month. A week ago, it stopped making ice. It was great when it worked but it breaks easily.

    Purchased in June, worked great. Broke in September. It started making a very loud (more than usual) noise and then the ice full indicator light came on when there was very little ice made and it will not reset to start making ice again. The owners manual "troubleshooting" advice for when the light comes on? "Remove ice from the bin." Sorry - that is normal use, not troubleshooting. There is no info on how to reset or fix this problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
