    Motor quit running after 8 months. If you do buy it purchase a replacement plan as well.

    The product i bought was defective. Would get cold or make ice. Couldnt even replace because they were out of stock. Had to purchase a whole new one.

    My item was damaged during shipping and box was extremely beaten up. It was a last minute gift so it was very disappointing. I would recommend the item but not the shipping company

    Not consistent in making ice stops every so often have to unplug and replug to get it working again. Very disappointed in this product as the reviews were great

    I received this ice maker & it was broken. I returned it & never got my refund. I really needed this because my husband is on a feeding tube & a liquid diet. I am so disappointed

    Do not buy I used it once in August and I went to use it on 11/1 and no longer works after troubleshooting it for over and it it’s done.

    I bouts this ice maker but suddenly my ice on the mornings is melted .. so is a no for me . Less than a month with it .

    I received my ice maker April 12th and it lasted about 5 weeks and now doesn't even make ice anymore, it's like the water isn't freezing. It was a waste of money.

    Always wanted one was so happy but made 15 ice cubes in 3 hours was sad I had to return I know you get what you pay for but 3 hours to slow for me had to return

    Has stopped working after only 2 months of using it. Got it as a christmas gift and set up mid January. by mid march it gets stuck saying it's full but there is no ice.

    This is the second unit. The first one stopped working after about four months. The replacement unit does not work properly all the time. I can say when it works it's great.

    Do not buy this! I’ve had one in the past that cost a little more… however it lasted longer. This one is very noisy and doesn’t produce ice like my last one.

    Ice machine turns off and doesn’t make ice that often. Not sure if it’s overheating or what, but t was not worth the money and now I’m stuck with it because it’s past the return date. Very disappointed
