Nice and beautiful ice machine so fast within 15 minutes I have my first batch of ice and it’s hallow from inside make it so cool when the beverage go inside it.

I bought this for my son to have in his apartment. He said it was easy to set up and makes ice so fast! Great purchase so far!!!

The perfect ice maker for small spaces! It fits perfectly on the counter. It makes ice pretty quickly and stops once the basket is full.

It has held up well for three years of almost daily use. Recently the fan has been switching off after a few minutes of use. Trying to fix it. As for the ice, it’s smaller than what most refrigerator ice makers produce. It gets drinks colder faster and the ice is great for people who like eating ice. I don’t feel like I’m going to chip a tooth.

This is everything I wanted in an ice machine, it’s small & doesn’t take up an obnoxious amount of counter space, AND it works really fast!

Mine just concked out but it lasted over 3 years and worked great. Makes ice fast. The only negative is its almost impossible to clean inside and if theres a power outage or a hicup in your power it shuts off and the water all through it is just standing water so it can mold up a bit then youve gota get creative to scrub back in there. But as long as you check it and keep it watered it’s awesome

We sent humans to walk on the moon and returned them safely to Earth. We have the Internet, which connects us to the entire knowledge of humankind and to anyone anywhere at any time. We created vaccines for Covid and ended the Pandemic. We’re planning to colonize Mars. We even have liquid Prell, which only needs a tiny bit to make so much lather and a pearl drops in it so-o-o slowly. But we cannot make an affordable tabletop ice maker that keeps the ice cold. This unit makes ice quickly. But unless you remove it and use it–or put it in the freezer–which defeats the purpose of a separate machine–it starts to melt, then the water recycles to make more ice. An endless loop which makes crashing noises all the livelong day and night. Also, it makes what they call “soft ice,” which I had never heard of. Apparently it’s wetter and melts quicker. Go figure.

Works great, makes ice. It is small enough to fit in the neck of my water bottle.

This ice machine was a Christmas gift for my daughter. It works wonderfully with no problems so far. You can make 2 sizes of ice and it makes a lot. Easy to use and very convenient.

This worked very well and made ice fast. Unfortunately after a couple years it started dripping rusty water on the inside (where ice was) and we couldn’t figure out what was causing it.

We bought this exact unit from Best Buy about 11 months ago, and here are some important things to know. The plastic basket inside the machine has flimsy handles that will easily break if you repeatedly lift it out when the basket is full of ice. We do not have ours connected to any type of water line, we just add as it needs refilling. It’s a bit awkward to have to always touch the basket and scoop with bare hands, so I would recommend thoroughly washing your hands and the scoop before and after each use. If you have a large family with kids like we do, it’s important to stress hand washing to them to prevent any type of sediment getting into the bottom of the reservoir. About 2 months ago we noticed that the screws on the inside of the unit were starting to rust, enough to where rust was visible and bleeding down into the rest of the machine. This hasn’t affected the taste, but is alarming to know that they don’t use stainless steel parts for something that constantly has to endure moisture and temperature change. Just recently the machine will make ice, but it’s hit or miss as to whether or not it will complete the dumping process. Sometimes it works just fine and dumps the ice as it should. Other times it will make the ice and drop it in the little compartment where the arm scoops down to push it out, but then it just sits there without dumping or starting a new cycle. I’ve found that turning the machine off and then back on helps to temporarily get it started again, but I’ve been having to do this 10-12 times a day to keep it functioning, so this unit may be on its way out. With all that said, this machine has been used all day, every day for almost a year. Everyone in my family loves this machine, so as soon as a batch is made, it’s gone. It has been worth the money in relation to how often it’s used, but I’m sad that it seems to be breaking at just shy of a year. I’ve loved having this ice maker. It’s spoiled me, and I never want to be without one, but for our next unit I think we will spend a little more to get one with more durable parts.

Got this for my son for his college dorm and he loves it! Says it makes ice really quick. It’s pretty quiet but kinda loud when the ice drops. Great purchase!
