Great product and easy to use. Makes ice quickly..

This is my second ice maker and I’m very impressed with how quickly and much this one makes. The first one was a Christmas gift and when I tried to reach customer service of the manufacturer, I never got a response to my email regarding it no longer working. Therefore, I like even better that Best Buy has better Customer Support.

ok so trying not to make this an essay but we will see. So my first purchase of this ice maker was a horrible experience. I bought one during the beginning of the summer. Turned out to be defective which I do not blame the store. I also do want to note that I bought the extended warranty, which did hurt my pocket a little but felt it was necessary. My sister a while back bought one, not sure what brand but was also defective so that was my reason for the warranty. The machine would stop making ice and the light would turn on saying the ice tray was full when clearly it wasn't. So i tried to stick it out and hope the machine was not defective but was and after a few months I called and asked what I needed to do. They told me to return it and i would get a new one. After that my new one hasn't been acting out and works just fine. I didn't pay much out of pocket just a few dollars.

We would have to spend as much money as a new refrigerator to run pluming to our current location so this ice maker was the perfect compromise. It makes ice quick and we just put in a container in the freezer and were are good to go.

My refrigerator ice maker quit working so I decided to get a small ice maker. This one is great! It has a small footprint and fits perfectly on my utility room countertop. It makes ice quickly and without having to keep adding water. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

The best, compact, great looking ice maker ever! This houseware is so cute, and functional piece of our kitchen. We use it every day! It is extremely practical and it works by itself... What else can you ask for?!

My first stand-alone ice maker has worked flawlessly so far. Used it 3 times over a course of a month and has come in handy with the amount of ice our household uses. Great buy for the price.

I bought a different brand off of amazon a couple of years ago and never really used it till covid cut my ice supply from sonic and the gas stations that have crushed ice. Then i remembered this lil number and cleaned it and hooked it up and it was ice heaven. But i was at my mothers at the time. So when i wanted to pack it up and take it home ahe was like what about me. So i left it and bought this one let me say it works just like the first one and I'm as happy as a clam.

Great value for the price. Purchased this unit after our ice maker in our refrigerator brook. We don't have a lot of kitchen space, so the size is perfect.

Great for on the counter ice! Just make sure you are uaing a good filtered or bottled water. I used well water and it clogged it. After cleaning i started using filtered water and it works great.

This is the best appliance I have ever purchased. We take it everywhere. It has a place in the house and the RV. Easy to clean and for it's size it packs a punch! Also the price was awesome! Got it on sale around $75-$80. It's worth $100. Saved us lots of money on ICE

Outstanding performance for a machine at this price. Make sure to place it in a cool place indoor, cycles shorten after machine warms up and chamber becomes cool. It stops automatically when water runs low or ice is full. Minimal water is used for a full bucket. It's super easy to set up and operate, reliable and amazing.

Makes good ice, not noisy, compact, and seems durable.

Is an okay product for a small household i'd say 2/3 ppl at most well worth it when you get it at a discount is kind of slow in filling up a decent amount of ice cubes but it'll do it throughout the day make sure to have time to empty the bucket every 40 min or so and check the water level constantly!

Great little ice machine that has worked great so far. I was worried that the machine would have a plastic smell when it was taken out if the box, but it did not. Very easy to use.

I’ve run this all day every day for the last 8 months and it’s been better than I expected. It’s not loud at all, either. Not much more to say, it makes ice, quickly, and it’s little thimble shapes. Small and large cubes are not much different. If you want an ice maker, this ones great.

This was one of the best buys I have made in a long time. I love having Ice for my water, and my cats love ice water in their bowls when it's warm out. i was spending any where from $4 to $8 a week in the hot weather for bags of Ice. now i just make a few batches every other day, and never have to buy another bag. Already paid for it self.

Good compact ice maker. Takes up very little counter space. Makes ice quickly. Good for small parties for additional ice needs.

I absolutely love this thing! I have a condition with my nose and mouth, that prevents me from breathing through my nose. My mouth dries out so bad. Sipping on water wasn't working, so I bought this ice maker so I could chew on ice. (I couldn't keep enough made in the freezer) This works very well. I don't ever let any ice sit in it because I chew so much that I constantly fill my cup. It keeps ice made 24/7 for me unless I forget to fill it with water. I have it close to my sink so I just use the faucet that has a hose and detachable faucet head and just fill it up. Works for me and it's easier! I love it!
