The ice is plentiful in minutes and easy to use. A much better than the expensive brand I bought 3 years ago which conked out 2 months ago. One of our best purchases from Best Buy. Would purchase again.

Must place cubes in freezer to keep frozen. Ice cubes are larger or small, the size appear to be the same size. I recommend this machine. Fits nicely on counter top.

Customer Service Goes a Long Way

The first one was a Christmas gift and when I tried to reach customer service of the manufacturer, I never got a response to my email regarding it no longer working. Therefore, I like even better that Best Buy has better Customer Support.

I purchased to use to fill my cooler for work, put water in when I get up and i have ice when it is to fill the cooler for work. Also works great for quick ice for drinks.

I love having Ice for my water, and my cats love ice water in their bowls when it's warm out. i was spending any where from $4 to $8 a week in the hot weather for bags of Ice. now i just make a few batches every other day, and never have to buy another bag. Already paid for it self.

The recycling aspect of that is nice. Super easy to set up. Just make sure it has enough space around it to let out the heat it generates. Good price for what I wanted.

Ned’s robe cleaned out 1-2 times a month

Repair appointment was over a week, so I purchased this ice maker. It was indeed a life saver. I use ice constantly day and night. It really performs well. I recommend it. Well worth the purchase. The only thing thats a bit inconvenient is it doest keep the ice cold in the basket so you do have to move it over to a freezer. Other than that ists great!

No more making a extra trip for forgotten ice. The to make large or small cubes is awesome. Also, the portable/countertop ice machine doesn’t take up a lot of space. Great machine for the price.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Is an okay product for a small household i'd say 2/3 ppl at most well worth it when you get it at a discount is kind of slow in filling up a decent amount of ice cubes but it'll do it throughout the day make sure to have time to empty the bucket every 40 min or so and check the water level constantly!
