I've had several different kinds but this is by far the best one I've had. I'm on my fourth one. Two for gifts and one for each home. I have never had any problems with either of them. The ice is perfect for making smoothies as it is easy on the blades and we have never had a problem with it keeping up with the amount that we needed. I would highly recommend purchasing this one. We have enjoyed it from the day we turned it on. We have hard water in our area so I just buy distilled water to keep it from having a hard water buildup and it really keeps it clean that way.

This will have paid for itself in two months. So far it is working well. It produces ice quickly. There's not too much difference in size between large and small ice, so I make large ice.

They are easy to use and clean. Pretty quiet except when dropping ice in bucket. Just pour water in front area and put back the bucket and let system know what size ice you want. Then relax and let it do its job. We store extra ice in freezer.

I live in a small apartment with refrigerator that does not have an icemaker so having the ability to have constant ice provided to me is a lifesaver. This thing functions nicely and does exactly what it supposed to make great ice. I recommend filling it up with purified water and it makes ice quickly and keeps it cold and stored all the time so you always have ice ready. Works great! Makes ice surprisingly fast. Make sure you use Purified Drinking water, DO NOT USE city/tap water. If you use the right water, your ice bullets will be completely clear. Ours is still working great!

Ice generates quickly - plenty for my wife and I. and it’s super easy to use. It’s been great to have for this hot summer.
