So, let me first say I ended up returning this item. I read reviews before purchasing that said the ice would be small like “Sonic Drive-In” for those of us that chew ice to our dentists’ dismay. However, that was not my experience. The ice was bigger even on the small setting. The machine does work well and efficiently. I feel it is best served for helping with the occasional party or those that are embracing an RV life style and don’t want to have to use ice cube trays.

I love it so much. I use it every night and just there is an amount of self comfort knowing that you can eat healthier. And it's just a really good product.

I gifted this ice maker to family member for his home bar for Xmas. it is a nice ice maker and makes ice fast but my only complaint at this point since he has started using it is that because of the full clear lid on it not like others with just a little window, If there is a bright light above it it will not stop making ice when full and possibly jam up with ice if not looked after. Luckily he has dimmer for his lights and once he dims them to a certain level it will stop making ice automatically.

nICE! Countertop ice maker works great. Good addition if you either don't have an ice maker in your fridge. It does get tedious having to dump the made ice or it'd sit then melt, machine doesn't have a cooling feature to make the made ice stay made, it will melt. Typically you'd put all the made ice into zip locks and throw in freezer, if you choose not to do this the machine works great. Has a little scoop to collect your ice and dump into cup. All and all it does what it says. Only con is no ice cooler.

Easy to work and really like the size of the ice. It’s pretty quiet and quick while making the ice also.

I use this in my RV. It makes ice quickly and is reasonably quiet while doing so. So far, it has been very useful and reliable.

I bought this in November 2023, and love it! It’s quick and easy to use. I fill it to the max fill line and run it on the small size until the reservoir is empty. The amount of ice made lasts me a week before I need to make more.

This is a small ice maker that can be useful in supplementing your regular ice maker at a party. I wouldn't recommend it for full-time all day use but it is handy as a supplement. It starts producing ice fairly quickly after you turn it on and continues to produce for as long as it is on.

This was BEST thing I ever purchased. When spending money every week to buy bagged ice, I found this. Amazing how fast and long the ice last. Now i make it from my kitchen counter!!!!!

The ice maker makes ice and under a hour. And it doesn't use a whole lot of water to do it..

Our refrigerator ice maker can't keep up with our family when we are all home in the summer time. This portable one helps keep us in cold drinks every day. It makes each batch in about 9 minutes. The basket fills up in about an hour. You need to empty the basket when it is full so it doesn't melt. We like to pour the basket right into our cups as it is drippy and if we put it in the freezer bin, it freezes stuck together. It is easy to break it apart when that happens. We really like the shape of the ice cubes!
