This ice machine works great and was exactly what we needed!

Love this! Makes ice quickly and is easy to use! It could be a bit quieter.

This little machine has exceeded my expectations. The ice is perfect for drinks and it doesn't take up too much space.

Arrived fairly quick and in great condition. It makes perfectly sized ice for my drinks. It’ll work faster if you pour in cold water. I only wish it had a feature to store the ice as a cooler, but I just transfer it into a bag/container and store it in my fridge. Follow the instructions given and there should be no problems. No weird taste after running several rounds and disposing the ice. It’s important to use filtered water - not tap. Would recommend to anyone who just loves the convenience of having a lot of ice without having to refill a tray every time.

It is a decent product. Ice is made quickly which is nice living in a 100+ degree area during summer. I am onto my third one as once it gets dirty, it is pretty much game over for the item. Getting the extended warranty is the way to go for it as bestbuy is very good about replacing products with their extended warranty policies.

Love this thing, I save $5 a week in ice and so it paid for itself. When the basket is full I pour the ice into zip lock freezer bags and throw them in the freezer so I always have ice for the beer cooler!

Super easy to use, makes ice very quick great price

It makes Ice every 7 seconds. Within 30 minutes the ice tray is full, u get about 4 full ice bins before u need to add water. This machine is pretty awesome. I gave it 4 stars because the way the ice fills the bin prevents the tray from being truly full u have to be around to move the ice so it doesn't activate the sensor to stop producing ice. Also there is tape on the inside of the ice making bin preventing the ice tray from activating. The manual doesn't tell u this. Remove all tape first to get machine started.

Clean, efficient and easy to operate. Bought this to provide ice for a family member temporarily recovering from a medical procedure and this worked out for us both. I was worried about keeping her in ice and this unit does that perfectly. Also good for a chilled drink now and then.

Great portable ice maker. The price is the lowest I have paid for one, and I have bought 3 before. They were over $300. Highly recommend!!

This is the best portable ice maker I have had. The cubes are nice size and is made in a matter of minutes. I fill it up and then just empty them in a container in my freezer till I have enough to last me 3-4 days. I would definitely buy this again.

So, let me first say I ended up returning this item. I read reviews before purchasing that said the ice would be small like “Sonic Drive-In” for those of us that chew ice to our dentists’ dismay. However, that was not my experience. The ice was bigger even on the small setting. The machine does work well and efficiently. I feel it is best served for helping with the occasional party or those that are embracing an RV life style and don’t want to have to use ice cube trays.

I like it a lot. It works well. The only thing that’s kind of annoying is that you can’t use it right away because you have to rinse it out first.
