I love this ice machine it’s amazing! It makes so much ice in such a short amount of time and I always have ice ready in my machine ready to go. it’s so worth it buy it!!!

We purchased the Insignia 26 lb ice-maker after several attempts at repairing the one on the refrigerator. It is great ! It makes all the ice we need and more. My grand children love the little cup shaped ice. If you are an ice eater, it is perfect. Not too hard on the teeth. My only question is can the filter be changed or how do I know it is clean after so many makings of ice. Other than that I have no complaints. Would recommend to anyone and would purchase it again.

great price and great machine!! saves space in the freezer and you can always have ice on hand or it gets made quick.

Love this little icemaker, so easy to use. If you dont use the ice right away, it melts. Our ice maker on the fridge died, so i thought this was more affordable than repair on an almost 15 year old refrigerator.

This machine is a life saver for me. I LOVE IT! Works wonderfully! To me it is worth its weight in GOLD! I fill up once to make ice & the ice lasts a good while. Before Insignia Portable Icemaker, I was filling ice cube trays the moment they were frozen & refilling & refilling & refilling-on & on..... This has saved me so very much time!! We go thru a tremendous amount of ice cubes here & this incredible machine keeps us ahead of the game at all times!

Is it necessary item? No, but it's a must-have. Best. purchase. ever. Since getting this icemaker, I've used all summer and it comes in handy for parties, get togethers, or even if you're home alone. Set it up and let it do its thing. In one day I made about 10 gallon ziploc bags of ice and it lasted a week. Knowing i had the ice in my freezer I used ice for every drink. I recommend this little gem!

My mother's ice maker in her refrigerator broke, so rather than an expensive repair, I bought her one of these. It runs quiet and puts out a fair amount of ice for a single person. The red color and design looks like the unit is more expensive than it is. If you have a two or more people in the family, I'd buy a larger capacity unit, but for a single person, it's perfect.

This a great ice machine. We prefer the large over the small cubes. We store the ice in a 2 gallon freezer bag in the freezer and has made us a lot safer as we use to buy our ice at the quick stops. The only problem, and it is not really that bad is the drain plug. It is very hard to remove. We had to call support because we thought it was stuck at first, but you just have to pull very hard. As far as operation if you follow the cleaning procedure and run a few batches of ice and throw them out before using it, the ice turns out great.

The ice nuggets are smaller than anticipated, however, the machine makes them very quickly and it’s very easy to operate.
