I got this for my kids as a Christmas gift and it's their favorite. It's a bit noisy but now we hardly notice the sound. It is great to have ice all the time. We make what we will use for the day so its not running 24/7 . Easy to use . Overall good buy!

Love to have on-demand ice. I know that some people say it's too noisy but I don't see why. Just run it during the day while you're not sleeping. Just bought 2 as X-Mas presents. Everyone in my family is in love with theirs.

This did a good job of making ice quickly. I just didn't realize that the basket to hold the ice was very small, and I found the scoop not to be helpful when trying to get more than a few pieces of ice.

It isn't light, but it gets the job done. My only complaint is that it takes around 8-9 minutes for ice to appear. It drops 9 pieces of ice in a container and I put them in the freezer. If you the water up to the highest level, it will take a few hours to get a lot of ice.

It’s a little noisy but that’s to be expected for a unit this size. It makes ice quickly and consistently. Have left it running for days straight with no problem. You have to refill the reservoir with water after 7-10 cups of ice. The ice melts and is then collected in the reservoir to recycle the water into more ice.

I drink ice water all day so I couldn't go with it. Bought this one and so far it's working great. No funky buildup in it either. Nice that it was on sale the day my other one died.
