It's so easy to use flowing ice develops in a snap and comes out in bunches gotta love it

I don’t love or hate this product. It works well the last one lasted 2 years. I use it a lot in my bar. I could spend more and probably get a more productive fancier machine. It works for me though. You get what you pay for and I’m ok with this.

This is a easy set-up and to use appliance. Makes ice quickly and provides a choice of small or large ice bullets. I wish the ice was harder but is acceptable. I make the small ice size and then bag it in zip lock bags then place in my freezer for hard ice applications such as whiskey. The ice as made by the unit is great for most drinks and is fantastic if you are making frozen drinks in a blender. If you are looking for a bar top Ice maker this is a good choice.

Works great. Lasted me about a year. The ice shovel on the inside that drops the ice did end up breaking off. Still works, but the ice gets full and doesn’t drop like it should. Prob normal wear and tear. Other than that, affordable and did its job.

Makes great ice and pretty quickly. Not much noise at all and the right size. However, this is the 2nd time I'm requesting a new one because it just stopped working this 2nd time and the first time water leaked. I like it a lot so I go through it but if it happens again, I'll shop for another one. The exchange isn't bad either, it's a very organized process.

I upgraded to this ice machine after my previous machine stopped working. This one is less the space and makes ice very quickly.

I was looking at several different portable ice maker's.I have had a couple of items from insignia. They make good quality items, This one caught my eye simply because of the size and volume it puts out.Does not need very much water to make alot of ice.Bought this on 7-13-2020,Have not had any problems Also at a very good price at Best Buy. I have purchased several things from Best Buy and have not been disappointed!!!

I was initially skeptical about the small size of this ice maker, but I LOVE it! Fits nicely on my counter and makes plenty of ice!

This was a first for us for such a product and so far it's delivered as advertised. Prob the best feature is the ability to remake the ice as it melts. Keep in mind, this makes ice, but NOT a freezer so it might be as cold as a fridge. Once ice is made, to keep it and make more, the ice is just put in ziplock bags and placed in the freezer area of a dorm fridge to make more:)

This is a good portable ice machine. Many reviews of these ice makers complain that the ice sticks together when put in the freezer for storage. Regardless of the machine you buy, they all do this. I store first in a gallon freezer bag, break up the ice with a rubber hammer, and then put in the freezer's ice storage bin. I make a week's worth at a time and the ice is great. Also, the ice will make faster if the water is chilled before placing in the machine. Good little ice maker.

We got this ice maker because our new apartment fridge is just too tiny for ice trays. It does take up some counter space but it's worth it for the ice. I store my ice in a plastic bin. Usually i get a full bin within an hour if I don't forget to get up to empty the ice maker.

Love this product. Makes ice cubes very quickly and easy to use. I’m old now and find ice cube trays very difficult.

This is a great item to have at home. We've been buying ice weekly for several years. Finally decided to make our own ice. It makes ice quickly. Although the cubes are small and they can melt quickly in a beverage, it's much better than running out in the winter because we are out of ice!

So far its been a great little unit it produces ice super fast

Blown away with this icemaker. I live in a condo that does not have a water line to my fridge so I have been buying bagged ice for about 3 years now. Finally broke down and bought this and I am impressed. Only thing I wish it had was a filter so it would filter tap water, luckily I have good tap water where I live though. Also, I've found that its best to let some of the ice batches fall in and chill the water in the reservoir. The ice comes out a lot bigger that way and keeps the inside cooler. 100% recommend this unit!

Nice maker sleek design solid bullet ice that dont melt easily. Medium size cubes is my choice of size
