The machine has been working fine for 2+ years for me. It makes ice quickly. The machine is noisy, but its to be expected for such small unit. The main con i have with this machine is that i clean it every two weeks and it becomes filthy in just a week. I use bottled water so the water is clean. I’ve used distilled vinegar to clean it but its a pain to clean the unit since you can barely reach the areas with a tooth brush. Also there is no self cleaning feature like most ice makers so this is a huge con.

So, I bought this specifically for my iced coffee. It can make ice quickly. There are 2 ice sizes but you can barely see the difference. It's easy to clean and having the water drain at the bottom works like a charm. Why 4 stars? I wish the ice was a little bigger.

Love this item. I ise alot of ice. It can keep up with me. So im really surprised and impressed. For the cost, its a win. It has the easy clean method, drain plug on bottom so it makes cleaning easy which is a problem with otber models. Also, the color options to match everyone decor is an added bonus.

Amazing little machine! Bought this for our camper. Husband hooked it up (after following all set up instructions) and we had ice in no time. As a matter of fact, we didn't run out of ice the entire 4 day trip, actually had to dump the bin out before we headed up. This ice maker is a work horse and definitely worth the money as long as it holds up. It was the star of our camping trip!

Love this little ice maker. I put it in my bar in my apartment since I don’t have one in the fridge. It makes two different sized cubes but honestly I don’t notice the difference. My best advice is to let it fill up all the way before you dump it out. Also, be careful not to put it next to the stove because the heat will bubble the paint (lesson learned the hard way haha). Other than that, it’s great and very affordable.

There are times it takes long enough for the 1st batch of ice to drop in the basket that it's partially/ half its size. It dies not have a cold storing option. I get a large Ziplpck bags and make enough to keep it in the freezer. That kind of defeats the purpose to me. I allreadu have silicone ice trays. I'm not sure how much more the ones that store the ice cost, but it's my own fault for not doing research prior. However, it's still a 3 star product in my eyes because of the flaw of it melting the 1st batch down to half size no matter which option you choose

Works well. I bought this to have on the boat, and it turns out the first batch of cubes pretty quick and keeps going. The only downside is, you have to pull the cubes and use them or put them in a freezer pretty soon, or they melt, but that's the tabletop units in general and not just this unit.

Super compact so it fits just about anywhere- very easy to use

Had to reattach the feeder for the ice cubes twice so far... it it a pain since you have to power it up and pull the plug to stop it, so you can snap it back in. Evidently, the ice gets jammed against the lid when it is nearly full; instead of shutting off before it happens. I had a different, but very similar ice maker, that died after 3 years of continuous use (cooling fan failed); and I might fix it and return this one. It does make more noise, but we have a industrial type fridge, so we don't care that much (it is loud) but someone that does not like noise may not like this icemaker. It does crank out a good amount of ice, so we'll see if I again have to do another repair on the bale assembly... cheap plastic... but under a $100. Only if this is a one-off issue, can I recommend purchasing this, since not everyone has mechanical skills.

I bought this for my mom. Her ice maker on her fridge went out and I wasn't going to buy her a new fridge so I got this. She always mentions how good this thing is. Given... it's only been a couple months, but apparently it does it's job.

We got this as a replacement for our leaky icemaker in our freezer. It makes small batches of ice very quickly (every 7 minutes). Ice is still wet (same as commercial ice machines), so we dump it into a first bin in the freezer, and then bust it up before dumping it into the icemaker bin before dumping the each full load. Works great!
