I still prefer this type. I wish it was easier to clean they made this one harder to clean compared to the old one.

This unit is good, easy to set up and has features helpful for the operation: auto shut off (when full) and needs water indicators. The auto shut off may be a little too sensitive, but that is not a bad tendency. The unit has been in continuous operation for almost a month with no serious issues. Always a good idea to let a few quarts of water be frozen before using the ice for drinks to make sure no factory dust is being consumed.
