    This was easy to set up and it does what it says, it makes ice. But it is difficult to clean well. hard to remove any parts

    I purchased in Feb 2025 and the machine lasted until May 2026. I am a few months from the one-year manufacturer warranty coverage and customer service refused to resolve the situation. They didn't offer a replacement or new parts. Very disappointed that this $100 appliance barely lasted a year. Will not be purchasing Insignia products again and I do not recommend this product.

    Better than the more expensive Frigidare we had. This one recycles the water if you don’t use the ice often. It’s pretty quiet too.
