The speakers sounded good enough for the money I was annoyed that you were limited on how far you could separate them. they need more cable

I liked this setup because it allowed connection to auxiliary devices as well as to say, a computer. I used this for my job in order to listen from multiple sources. The bass sounded great. One day, I came in and it wouldn't turn on. I have never maxed out the sound as I'm in an office environment. Since everything runs through the same power cord, the subwoofer and controls became useless. They would not turn on. The left and right speakers connected by the standard speaker connector, so they did work. But without the rest of the setup, what's the point? Unfortunately I was not able to return under warranty. While they were fairly cheap, it was a disappointment when all was said and done. A friend has the same setup, and had the same problem happen to his.

I love the sound of the music coming from the speakers. And I can hear very clear all the directions for the U Tubes that I listen to.

I bought this speaker system to use in my hobby room, as an alternative to a more expensive 5.1 which I didn't really need, I'm extremely pleased as it has as good a sound as the 5.1 I have on my other computer.

I wasn't expecting such great quality for computer speakers. The sound is clear and doesn't break up when you play them at top volume.

I have to admit, price was an issue as I bought this for an old computer, but after listening to some music through them, I was really impressed and switched them to a more modern computer.

I love these speakers. The only thing I would prefer the is a little more bass, but that's just my preference. For the average person they are a great buy.

The sound quality was clear, but not great. I mainly need speakers for listening to music, not games or movies. It is not a good choice for that. No bass. I do not hear instruments, like percussion, in songs I know are there. It will do, since I am probably past the return stage and the price. I wouldn't buy it if you want to listen to music. I connected it my TV and it was good. But, if you want theater quality, forget it. Great for the second computer in the kids room.

This item definitely perform great. It is not only for computers, I am using it for a 60" TV and it improves the audio significantly

Really solid sound with good punchy base. The control wheel is a nice touch that allows you to get access to what you need to quickly.

After my old speakers failed I decided to give these a try. I actually got them on Clearance and saved a few dollars. I was blown away at how great these little guys sound. Would HIGHLY recommend.

My mother was having trouble hearing the TV speaker on the 24 inch flat screen. When I add the Powered Speakers she notice the great sound right away.

The Insignia speakers with sub produces great sound. These inexpensive speakers are definitely worth their money. They produce nice tones and bass while not breaking the bank. Perfect for a bedroom computer. I would not use them as a sound system for the living room, but for adding great sound to your PC while watching online videos these do the job terrifically.

I chatted with Best Buy online and was told this would work for me. Although I was doubtful, they were right! I wish I had this speaker years ago....I would have enjoyed it even more!

Nice Sound you wont loose any bass or the other sound with this speakers I play all my music and enjoy the sound.

Bought these for my computer at work because my monitors didn't have speakers. I was highly impressed with the sound they put out. You can't beat these for the price.

These speakers sound great for the price. The highs are a bit bright at loud volumes.

Great for listening to music or videos off the TV or Computer. Fantastic sound, creates a surround sound & brings out the music & base better then any other speakers or headset I've owned.
