I've this product a little over a year when on an important overseas trip the sleeve where the charge cord inserts to the pack broke and I couldn't charge the pack anymore. It simply slid out of the main battery pack. I don't know if Best Buy would take it back and give me a replacement or not. I'm left without a usable battery pack now.

Love this battery pack. I've paid more for packs that only recharge my phone once,if I'm not using it while charging,and this pack charges it completly 3 times in half the time each charge.

It charges the phone fast. With it fully charged it is able to charge up to 2 phones

This charger has recharged my 1% battery all the way to 100% and still has some juice left in it just in case I need another recharge. It is also very small so I can take it anywhere

This battery was reasonably priced and has a good capacity. In use so far it has charged phones twice with power in reserve. I bought three of these and all have worked similarly.

As the title states! Got it on sale for about $5, so the value per dollar is pretty amazing. Charges at 2A so it's decent. Only problem is the size, but for $5... can't complain!
