We are not regular gamers but we get on our game playing marathons every once in awhile. It was a hassle to keep regular batteries around so we chose to purchase the rechargeable battery pack. No problems so far (only had it for about 2 month now).

Bought this battery because it was half the price of the Xbox battery but without the charging cord. Which I already have. When I got home I put it in my controller an began to change it. At first I had trouble installing it as it has different contacts than the Xbox battery. It showed a partial charge but not charging. Just that the controller was connected to the Xbox. Read forums that sailed to update the firmware of the controller. Mine was up to date. Waiting to see what happens when the controller goes dead and see if it recharges before returning.

This unit is perfect, no more buying batteries! It holds a long charge and can play for hours. I would recommend this to anyone that plays videogames. It’s a shame Xbox doesn’t already have these in their controllers.

Its a good rechargeable battery pack. The only reason I`m not happy with the purchase is because it didn't come with the battery cover for the back of the controller

This will last longer than $10 worth of AA batteries. So yes it is worth it. It’s battery life is not necessarily as long as quality AA batteries, but it’s meant to be sustainable

The battery has excellent charge life. It plays for a long time. I'm unsure of the time to a complete charge in reality, but you can always play with a USB cable plugged in. Be sure of the needed cable length! I would recommend this.

I bought this with the charger for the xbox, didn't realize the charger came with two batteries. Now I got 3 batteries and 2 controllers, so I got a spare on the charger all the time.

The cost of batteries for the Xbox can be quite expensive. I believe this is a great alternative to buying alkaline batteries and the life of this seems to be longer than regular alkaline batteries. I recommend if you have the Xbox One

This rechargeable battery has great life. The only reason I don't give it 5 starts is because it doesn't include the back with an opening for the Xbox One charging station. Other than that, it's a great buy.

Insignia is Best Buy's in house brand and so far I have not been disappointed. This is the perfect solution to having to buy batteries. Just remember to charge, if not you'll be removing batteries from your tv remote to keep playing.

The battery works great much nicer than having to replace batteries all the time just recharge and your good to go for several hours depending on what your doing can last a few days before needs recharging.

Battery pack works. If you are using the original charging cord your Xbox One came with, the charging light will not work on the cord with this battery pack. The pack is charging, the light just doesnt come on.

Sometimes these batteries in new gen xb1 controllers won't trigger charging mode with charging rack so I use the direct usb. Hold charge for over 4 to 6 hours of gaming fairly consistently.

Great alternative to using non rechargeable batteries for Xbox controllers. But be warned, they do not fit well with the covers in the back.

Awesome rechargeable battery back for Xbox one controller. Same pack has gone through two controllers and still holds a charge for several days. Excellent product and quality.

Xbox controllers are always charged and easy to charge. Can play a lot between charges. I have had zero problems with them and have had them for a good amount of time.

My son needed a new Xbox One battery pack. GameStop was charging too much for it. I was passing by Best Buy and stopped in to see if any where in stock. Got it and he is now good to go again.

Helps keep me gaming for longer. The charge station really helps me to just throw the controller on the stand and it makes sure I'm ready for hours of gaming at any time.

I bought this battery for my Xbox One controller, and it works just great! It also fits on the charger that is meant for this battery. Just make sure you buy the correct battery charger for it, or it won't work properly.
