Got it as an exchange for the Official play and charge kit. That one wouldn’t hold charge and the indicator on the usb wouldn’t light up when charging. Got this one and just used a usb cable that I have and works great so far.

These last way longer than expected at the price. The controller flashes a notification on low power but you still have a bit of time left on em at that point. I just tether to power and charge it up while still using it when the battery gets low.

Maybe I am not a hardcore enough gamer but I cannot believe that in 2016 we have to batteries or a battery pack into the controller. Nonetheless, this is an acute solution for never having to buy batteries or worry about playing and charging. SUGGESTED.

Once again, Sony beats out Xbox. C'mon MS, this at least should have been included with the huge original cost of the system. Even if you couldn't figure out how to make a built in one like Sony :-)

Did not fit well in the elite controller, you kind of have to force it a bit. Works great with any standard controller perfectly.

Not much more to say other than it works fine. My boys' other rechargeable battery stopped holding a charge and replacing it with this was much easier and cost effective than a bunch of double-A batteries.

Worth it to have a rechargeable battery, I hate having to throw double AAs into landfills! still works after 2 years.

Great solution for not having to replace batteries often. This rechargeable battery pack just drops into the battery compartment, and you just recharge when you’re not using thre controller.

Bout this battery on a whim to see if it would work with the nyko battery charger I already own and am happy to say it works fine. I simply remove the back battery cover so that the charger makes contact, and it works great.

It's rechargable battery. Not much else to say, but the battery is a bit large, and there's a bit of a struggle to put the battery cover on after you put the battery in.

It's a great value at under ten bucks however it does not last as long as the official Microsoft version. Then again its half the cost and still works well.

it gets the job done. its better than using batteries all the time. Works fine but probably wont last and long in the short term AND the long term as official battery packs but..... its cheaper.....

Works perfect. I needed to get an additional battery so I can charge a battery when I'm still using the controllers. That way I can just swap the battery out and put the other one on the charger

It is exactly what it says it is. A battery. Rechargeable. Goes in an Xbox One controller. It works. Works pretty well actually. It seems to stay charged longer than the "real" one that came with the system.

If you are buying AA batteries you are wasting your money. Buy this and save these last about 2 years before they start to die in my experience.

My title says it all. This battery holds a better charge than the official Xbox battery. I had the Xbox battery for about six months and it stopped holding a charge completely. This is way more reliable so far.

A must have because the charge lasts a long time and you're not wasting money or on batteries. I'd say I can go 3 days playing about 5 hours each without having to recharge.

Still frustrated that I had to buy this, when the batteries should be built in and rechargeable, but the product itself is great and a life saver

Good replacement for the AA batteries on an xbox wireless controller. Easy to install and easy to charge.

If you have a gamer in your house this is a must have item. It has drastically cut down on the battery use in our home. Highly recommend for your pocketbook and the environment
