Works great except this battery pack doesn't make the charge cable light, light up. Looks like less contacts than an OEM battery pack from Microsoft could be the cause. Charges and plays fine otherwise.

When I got the batteries it gave no instructions how to charge and if you search up it says to use a station but you just need a android charger.

Bought 2 extra batteries for xbox one s controllers. Was eating up AAs like crazy. Bought usb dock charger for these. Works great.

Was hoping it was compatible with a different battery charger I purchased, however, they don't come with the back of the remote to be universal. Therefore, I just have to change the way I use them.

Again, I am not happy you have purchase additional product for full functionality. Purchased this brand instead of handing more money to Microsoft. Satisfied with my purchase.

Charger worked great, didn’t realize it didn’t come with any charger to recharge it after using it up. Should’ve read into it more

Battery charges good in the pack but doesn't fit in my controller. The battery hatch doesn't go on all the way.

The idea of playing longer sessions is fantastic I'd say the only drawback is the fact that this does not come with a charging option.

This rechargeable battery saves a lot of money despite that rechargeable batteries do not have higher voltage capacity as disposable ones. Other than that, they are more convenient plus more reliable.

This is a great buy. Just an FYI, if you have other controller charging towers, this battery pack will most likely not fit. You will need to purchase the Insignia brand one.

Within 8 hours the batt is dead. maybe its a defective batt, i have one in my other controller and it lasts like 4 days.

Battery is good, but when recharging on station it takes a few times to get it to take the charge.

Does the job as a battery, but you can't put a battery cover back on the remote with this battery in.

Purchased two of these batteries. Both work. One will not "fully charge" when plugged in. The other is fine. Both work great. Would be 5 starts if the other battery charged fully.

Had to replace my insignia rechargable battery. Good fit, just seems that the battery life isn't as great as other packs that I've had in the past, but again for the cost it is great.

Great until it isnt. You notice after a year or so that it doesnt hold as strong of a charge and the metal contacts fall off

Nothing like the oem Xbox battery pack the controller should have came with this thing integrated instead of batteries.. what was Microsoft thinking???

My gamer son would go through batteries fast, very fast. Costing a lot of money. My son said, he doesn't see a difference using these compared to regular ones. Great!

Not sure why Microsoft continues to go with the standard double AA batteries, but this device fixes a problem that shouldn't even be a problem to begin with.
