Doesn't fit the XBOX One Pro controller

Unfortunately, this means the pack will not fit into the XBOX One Pro controller. If you purchase the Insignia charge stand, it includes a new cover for the battery compartment. I exchanged this pack for the official XBOX charge pack.

Apparently we weren't supposed to? I returned them and got a different style from the zon that's battery and back in one.

Xbox one Insigna Battery Pack

But I noticed it doesn't last as long as the regular Microsoft brand. Comparing both the insigna would hold charge for maybe about 1.5-2 day. The Microsoft brand can hold charge for 3-4 days.
