At this point, I'm very hesitant to ever buy anything Insignia again including their battery packs

Not for 1st Gen controllers

The old controllers don't have an opening to accommodate, so the battery cover won't close. The description needs to be clear about compatibility with older controllers. Disappointed. :-(
