At the very least they could offer a buy back / partial credit for a trade in that we could use to purchase a new Air Purifier.

cannot get filters now

The filter depicted is almost always available. The smaller unit seems to seldom have any filters in stock, which makes the purchase useless!

Posted .Very sorry for the trouble brought to your use. The filter is currently out of stock and we will have units arriving over next 2-3 weeks. Then you can get the replacement. Filter life varies based on runtime and existing air conditions. If you think your air condition is not very bad, you can use the old filter until you get new replacement.

Im breathing better,and they also kick in high gear when im cooking and also if I spray perfume or hairspray its quick to clean the air.

Insignia needs to modify their pricing on these since they probably buy them from Taiwan or China for $1 or $2 each, I bought their Air Cleaner when I could've bought a different brand. Insignia needs to be kinder to the customers who buy their air cleaners!
