Management was upset and rude because they had to cover registers, they didn’t have any employees available to do so

My gen 1 was almost worn out, and this brought new life to it so my daughter is happy she can resume doodling on her iPad Air. My gen 2 was in good shape, just a nick or two on the side, and this restored it to its former glory. Functionally I can’t tell a difference. If there is a difference in performance, it’s so slight as to be negligible or I’m not bourgeois enough to feel it. The color matches perfectly. Plastic quality seems identical. Where the difference is quite noticeable is the price. These are far more economical than the official replacement tips. Installation is simple. In a time where everything is skyrocketing in price and skimping on quality, it’s nice that Insignia can release product that performs as well as the official brands but at a more budget friendly price. Especially for parents with artistic kids who go through pencil tips quickly. A highly recommended product if you are in need of new pencil tips. A+
