Now, they start shut down after approx imately one hour. I have hearing problems, so this tends to be areal problem for me. If this headset has a replaceable battery, l'll buy it. They have a separate volume from the TV & he no longer has the TV volume up to 50.(For this I am very grateful!)

Then it conked out. Returned for another one that never worked. Now have moved on to the Sony, but the sound is not as good as I originally got with the Insignia. Best Buy very accommodating with the returns.

Dolby Atmos content is not delivered through optical connections so that is a big problem for me. If you are using the RCA inputs the headphones work great. No HDMI.

This Head Phone Set is much more comfortable and built. I live in an apartment so I use it every night so the people above me don’t hear my TV.

I bought these twice, blaming myself for the first pair breaking however we are careful with them, always put them back in the cradle & used only by adults so no throwing them around & the second pair broke after about a year. Poor design
