The functionality of these are strictly for converting a hardwired audio device like a TV to the docking station, and having the docking station relay to the wireless headphones. These are NOT wireless headphones in the sense that you can connect via Bluetooth or wi-fi. You are also limited to the audio source that is connected to the docking station. This was not what i was looking for. Even when it's set up that way, the audio cuts in and out very frequently. I returned this and opted for taotronics wireless Bluetooth headphones for the typical WFH activities.
