I set the volume for comfortable listening and then when using after setting volume it’s goes to highest setting. So I have high volume blasting in my ears till I can lower for easy listening. Do not buy this brand of ear phones.

I purchased this product and it wouldn’t work on my tv and I tried to return this item less than 30 days later and BB refused my return. I couldn’t even exchange it for another headphone or get any of my money back for purchasing a defective product. Think about that before you ever purchase anything from BB. Never again. I’m tearing up my card today and will never set foot in one of their stores. I would advise everyone to do the same. No way a company like this can stay in business much longer.
