    People stop using BB immediately and only purchase your products from Amazon or another retailer. I purchased this product and it wouldn’t work on my tv and I tried to return this item less than 30 days later and BB refused my return. I couldn’t even exchange it for another headphone or get any of my money back for purchasing a defective product. Think about that before you ever purchase anything from BB. Never again. I’m tearing up my card today and will never set foot in one of their stores. I would advise everyone to do the same. No way a company like this can stay in business much longer.

    It was easy to setup but the actual getting the device to work took some more work. I guess the channel or input isn’t exactly automatic. You’ll have to play with it until you find the right channel. Overall it works. The audio is fine, not much bass.

    The headset has a mind of it’s own. I set the volume for comfortable listening and then when using after setting volume it’s goes to highest setting. So I have high volume blasting in my ears till I can lower for easy listening. Do not buy this brand of ear phones.
