    With these head phones you can hear others who are talking in the room and also hear a huge constant buzz in your ears, besides the TV program that you are trying to listen to. The TV has to be turned to a very low sound setting so that the earphones don't blow out your eardrums. If anyone else is listening to the TV without earphones, they will not be able to hear it the sound. These are definitely not noise-canceling headphones, and they are not very good. Very disappointed in this purchase.

    My parents have AT &T in Charlotte NC. It doesn't work with the cable boxes there. They interfere with each other.

    Really? Six weeks and it is still not been picked up by UPS. It’s obviously not really being shipped but you won’t let me cancel this order. I’ve called customer service twice. I’ve gone in the store and spoken to a manager. And you guys can’t seem to fix it. Please cancel this order.

    Returned headphones. Charging station Not compatible with TV. Make sure to understand charging station hook up and making sure you can connect to tv.

    The headphones work exactly as described. I hooked them up with the digital output of my tv (please note that the cable is not included with the headphones so you will need to buy that separately). The setup was easy. You plug in the headphone base to your power supply, connect your device using digital/optical cable or RCA cables that come with the headphones, turn on the headphones and that's it. The sound quality is good. The range is good. You can plug in up to two devices (one with RCA cable and one with Optical cable) and switch the source by a button on the headset. The headset has the buttons to power on/off, change the volume and change the source. For me it took a while to getting used to their placement. But it's not a big deal. NOTE: The "wireless" in the title of these headphones is slightly misleading as you can't use them with your phone, tablet etc as you would do other bluetooth enables wireless headphones. Yes, you can plug in your phone using 3.5mm cable and RCA cable that comes with the headphone but you will have to leave your phone in a place near to the base i.e. you can't move it around with you. In my opinion, the primary objective of these headphones is to watch TV without disturbing other people in the house and they are really good at that.

      You could try to put the headset to the stand for charging, then take the headset off, it will auto pair to the stand. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    Not loud enough for a really deaf person, the Sennheiser RS135 headphones have more output and worked.

    I purchased two of these headphones for my wife and I. My wife's works perfectly, even though the battery only lasts for 6 hours. I believe my headphones are defective. If I set them down to get something from the kitchen, when I get back the headphones have cycled off and the only way you can use them is to put them back on the charger. Keep in mind that I removed them from the charger just before I went into the kitchen.

    No Follow Through on Service

    Worked for a few days after installation. Then no sound. Stopped at Best Buy on Yamato to speak to Geek Squad who tried to be helpful. Again haven’t been able to get sound. Calling Geek Squad but not able to get someone on phone. So.disappointed with your service.

    I"ve had this for about six months, It has stopped working. The charge functions [Blue light, green light red light] does not do anything. AND - the retracting head band detent stops wore out after about four months. Too bad. I have had earlier versions of this that did pretty well for me but this time, I will be returning it.

    The head phones are ok, just don't block the outside noise as well as I'd like. Better than nothing. Sound is not top quality, but again better than nothing.

    I have a SAMSUNG TV (about 3 years old) and the wireless headphones DO NOT work. Its says compatible with all TVs. I needed them because my husband came back from a surgery and all he can do is watch TV, and I work remotely in the same room. I am going to give them back. I am very unhappy.

    Its ok. The hesdset should have a usb charge port as well. Pretty stupid that it doesn't. I cant recommend this
