Sometimes only one ear works, sometimes it's the other. Most of the time they both work and then it works great. They are lightweight and comfortale.

ok if there is not much noise in your home

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.With these head phones you can hear others who are talking in the room and also hear a huge constant buzz in your ears, besides the TV program that you are trying to listen to. The TV has to be turned to a very low sound setting so that the earphones don't blow out your eardrums. If anyone else is listening to the TV without earphones, they will not be able to hear it the sound. These are definitely not noise-canceling headphones, and they are not very good. Very disappointed in this purchase.

I hooked them up with the digital output of my tv (please note that the cable is not included with the headphones so you will need to buy that separately). The setup was easy. You plug in the headphone base to your power supply, connect your device using digital/optical cable or RCA cables that come with the headphones, turn on the headphones and that's it. The sound quality is good. The range is good. You can plug in up to two devices (one with RCA cable and one with Optical cable) and switch the source by a button on the headset. The headset has the buttons to power on/off, change the volume and change the source. For me it took a while to getting used to their placement. But it's not a big deal. NOTE: The "wireless" in the title of these headphones is slightly misleading as you can't use them with your phone, tablet etc as you would do other bluetooth enables wireless headphones. Yes, you can plug in your phone using 3.5mm cable and RCA cable that comes with the headphone but you will have to leave your phone in a place near to the base i.e. you can't move it around with you. In my opinion, the primary objective of these headphones is to watch TV without disturbing other people in the house and they are really good at that.

It’s obviously not really being shipped but you won’t let me cancel this order. I’ve called customer service twice. I’ve gone in the store and spoken to a manager. And you guys can’t seem to fix it. Please cancel this order.

Posted .You could try to put the headset to the stand for charging, then take the headset off, it will auto pair to the stand.

My wife's works perfectly, even though the battery only lasts for 6 hours. I believe my headphones are defective. If I set them down to get something from the kitchen, when I get back the headphones have cycled off and the only way you can use them is to put them back on the charger. Keep in mind that I removed them from the charger just before I went into the kitchen.
