    Stopped working in less than a week. The sound was okay. If you have Bluetooth connectivity with your television, get some cheap Bluetooth earbuds or headphones.

    I tried two different sets of this item and I guess my HDMI two ports didn't like it. I bought and optic cable and it worked. Only problem is it keeps stopping the movie. I watch about 8 minutes and it will stall. I have fast internet and never had problem but it's happened three times with three different Prime Videos. I haven't tried other services yet but to say the least I'm not happy so far. C English

Depending on the type of TV you have, the HDMI ports can be Audio IN only. The connections for the unit have to be audio out, making the optical cable an only option for your TV.     Build quality seems to be good. Product was returned because it would not work on my TV. Did not take the time to trouble shoot if the problem was the new optical cable or these head phones. Purchased another brand of head phones which worked great.

    I REGRET buying this item! I have had nothing but aggravation! It keeps cutting off and on for no reason! The TV is three weeks old so it can't be the cause. I'm blaming the headphones! I should have stuck with a name brand such as Sony. Other people have tried to get it to work but they gave up. It works most of the time, but not all the time.

    93 Year Old Mother Unable to Hear

    My mother has been using the Insignia Wireless headphone sets for several years. After the last pair she owned, we tried to replace them with this particular model. She was unable to hear or adjust these headphones so she could hear. We had to return them to Best Buy.

    The charging pin in the middle of the headphones you can feel on top of your head. Very uncomfortable.

    The first Insignia headphones were returned because the sound kept fading in and out on several channels that I frequently watch. They were returned for a second pair and that have the problem as the first pair. Hopefully Best Buy will take them back so I can purchase a different brand that work properly,

    They did not charge the first time. I had to return it for another one. The second one only worked for 30 minutes and it had to be recharged again. I am on my third set of headphones and it does not work either. It must be a bad badge of headphones. I tried a different set, but what they have in the store can only be used with older model tvs. If you want the one that will work with this TV, which I purchased new so that it would pair up with the headphones, you have to purchase one that costs over $300.00. I was not informed that this is what I would need with this TV. In other word, all I had to do is to buy a cable for $42.00 and hook up the headphone to it. I think that the kid working the floor was not trained for the department.

    They were ok but not as good as my Sony RF 400, so I returned them and now only have 1 set up.

    There was a lot of interference, like a scratchy sound. Also, this conflicted with the 5.8ghz frequency of our router. I tried multiple channels on the router, and still despite being 5' away, would cause our 5.ghz wifi to have issues. Purchased the Sony replacement from BB. Works great within like a 1' of the router, no interference whatsoever.
