    It wouldn't connect to my direct tv. It didn't have the correct connector. I never did get them to work correctly and they were expensive. Won't buy this again at Best buy... Went to walmart and got a less expensive pair and they work...huh

    Have had these about a year (ALWAYS buy ext. plan, as I’ve had to retune both pairs of headphones I’ve bought. First pair different brand and stopped working right at 3 years) and they are very quirky. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. Returning.

    I am unable to rate at this time as I have not gotten the product to work properly. I will have to get Geek Squad assistance, but have been delayed due to health issues. More urgently though, Even though I received a notice of my Best Buy card payment due, when I try to access payment through my account, am told my email address is not recognized. I thought I would also receive a paper bill, that has not arrived for me to pay by check.

    Salesperson assured me that the headphones would work on my new TV. It did not. Required a different model of phones that hooked-up with Blue tooth.

    Mediocre sound quality, constant hiss, battery life barely 1/2 as long as promised. Functional if you need lag-less earphones for your TV (rather than lag-heavy bluetooth), but merely OK for the job.

    Bought it July of 22 and already has broke. Also difficult to hang on the charger after each use. Very difficult to find the right buttons on headphone as you wear them.

    The first headset purchased, recommended by John the salesman was not the correct one for this set, according to the Geek Squad. I returned it, for this set but the Geek squad has not returned to make sure it is installed correctly so it has not been used yet.
