    For the first time, I'm VERY disappointed in a Best Buy product. The headphones will not charge; therefore, I cannot recommend this product.

    put a movie on pause for more than a minute long,it shuts down.no ten hour battery life.its more like five.then takes two hours just to get another hour of listening.maybe its do to the volume i listen.

    Not what I expected. When they're plugged in the sound of the TV can no longer be heard. I simply plugged my headphones directly into the same port & saved myself $90!

    lots of problems works for awhile and then the only thing you hear is screeching loud noise ,I replaced it and after one weak the same problem I`m getting credit

    Bought these headphones March 2022 and now the headphones wont hold a charge. I only ever used them for watching tv

    I bought these as replacement for the same product I've had for 5 years. Unfortunately they did not work out of the box. I returned and purchased Sennhieser RS175 instead. They work perfectly.

    Whenever I use these, nobody in my family can use the wifi. I tried moving all our devices strictly to the 5 Ghz band, since the RF signal for these works at 2.4 Ghz. But it didn't help at all. These are basically useless to me, as a result.

We totally understand that you are having issues with your Wi-Fi however. Kindly try this simple troubleshooting step. Turn off the equipment to determine if the equipment causes interference. If your cordless phone or wireless router is causing interference, try changing the channel it is using. Also, try moving the docking station away from all WiFi routers, cordless phones, cell phones, Smart TVs, and microwave ovens.     Poor troubleshooting. Charged overnight but would keep shutting off. Light on base would go from red to green and back with any movement of base.

    Do NOT purchase this headset. The battery is internal and cannot be replaced. Once the battery life ends, you have to throw the headphones out. Unfortunately, you do not know where the battery was made and how long it sat on the shelf. My battery lasted less than a year. This is a waste of money.
