    Poor Instructions, no Manual

    I set up the headphones according to the instructions, and it did not work. I followed the instructions to access the website and obtain a manual and none existed. I called Insignia and they had no idea what device I was referring to. After several minutes, they informed me it is a new product and no manual exists yet. I am returning this device and cannot recommend it.

    Wireless but not Bluetooth i.e. you cannot pair them with a cellphone. Erroneously hought these were an upgrade to the Insignia NS-CAHBTOE01, which are solid but even as regular headphones these do not sound great, they are just "wireless," otherwise I would have kept them. Taking these back to Best Buy tomorrow.

    Great for Wireless Connection Without Bluetooth

    These headphones are excellent for comfort and sound. They are not Bluetooth connectible but they are indeed wireless. Many people need the capability these headphones provide because their audio source does not have Bluetooth. If you have a boombox or TV or other playback device that has a headphone jack or even RCA output connectors, this is the product you are looking for – and is not easy to find anymore. Turns out my wife’s old boombox that she plays books on was the perfect target to test these headphones. The earpads go over the ear and are nicely sized to go over your complete ear. They are super comfortable. The sound is great and so I lost these headphones immediately to her which is fine. The base unit is upstairs but she went all over the house (first floor, second floor and basement) and did not lose connectivity. I also have used this type of wireless connectivity in an RV, where the built-in stereo and TV units sometimes don’t have Bluetooth and this type of wireless connectivity is very convenient; and allows one person to listen to music without disturbing others so they can read a book etc. The product comes with the headphones, a base charging/wireless-sending unit, AC adapter, and cables to connect the sending unit to a either a 3.5mm jack or to RCA plugs. You can place the sending/charging unit near your audio source and connect it to power and to the source. The headphones sit in a charging area on top of the sending unit. The headphones can then be worn anywhere and the sending unit sends the signal to them. I was very impressed with the price and quality of these wireless headphones. I do recommend them if you need to connect a source wirelessly but the source does not have Bluetooth.

    This doesn’t hold a charge & when fully charged it should last 7 hours. If I lucky it last for an hour. Also, it cuts in & out so it’s impossible to hear TV every word said. Not happy with this product.

    I am an experienced tech. I tried to hook them up for an hour. The manual is not for the RF type its for blue tooth. I waited too long to hook them up so now I am screwed. Don't let this happens to you

    I can not compare them to Sony Wireless and only got these as two Sony headphones in the same residence are on the same frequency and won't work. Changes brands so my 98 year old mom could lsiten to her shows in her bedroom and living area without disturbing the whole house with high volume....

    It said I would have to turn of the sound to my tv , which means the rest of the family could not hear what was being said. The sound control on the head set did not work, it only had a low sound. I sent it back and got a message that they received it, but have not received my refund yet.

    The sound is very good, but battery life is low, about 3 hours.. But the real issue are the switches. I have never used or tried to use in this case, such cheaply made and poor quality switches.

    This item came missing parts such as the power cord. I work all the time or I would ha e returned it already. But be sure it will be getting dropped off as soon as I'm able,to get to best buy.

    I bought one and the sound went in and out constantly. So, I returned it for another one. The second one did the exact same thing. So it was a total failure.

    Worked great for a few months, now don't work at all. Seem to charge up but can't get any sound. Thought these would be as good as our old Insignia headphones but they lasted years compared to these.

    Not satisfied Apparently this Wireless head set I purchased was returned at one time and doesn’t work. I connected this too two different televisions and no sound from either television. I haven’t had a chance to return unit.
