    It works quite well. The only criticism I might have is the fact that you get roughly 10 hours (which is usually very good), but my old Sony headsets were good for 12 hours. A very minor issue.

    This was an out-of-box headphone, recommended to me by a store employee. When I got it home, sound came out of only one side. So I returned it to the store and got a new one of a different brand.

    No sound on one side!

    I bought these headphones for my grandfather. These headphones worked fine for him at first but after a few uses, sound won’t come out of one side of the headphones. I keep trying to fix them for him but I cannot figure it out. Not good for the price!

    The Insignia Digital Wireless Headphones are a must-have for your home. They allow you to enjoy your favorite shows and music, as well as other sound media, without disturbing others in your home or neighbors that live close. They will sound great to you and only you as no much sound escapes from your listening pleasure. They are perfectly packaged with little to no unnecessary space within the box. They are simple to take out of the box or repackage if necessary. The headphones are a nice flat black and are lightweight. The ear cups are soft to the touch and feel great on your ears. This is perfect for watching a lot of television or listening to music for long hours. It took about four hours to charge, but they provide a little over 10 hours of listening time; that should be more than enough listening time to enjoy your favorite shows, movies or other media content before needing to recharge them. The charging base doesn’t have a lot of wires and unnecessary attachments, which makes connecting and disconnecting easy. The headphones have a nice slim look and design as if they are on the high-end of headphones. The charging base is easy to use and convenient when the headphones are not in use. You simply place them on the base and the lights that are displayed, indicate, based on color, whether they are charing, need to be charged and or connected. It takes a lot of the guess work out and ensures that your headphones are ready when you need them. The headphones look nice and fit in well with furniture in any room. They actually compliment my furniture. The bluetooth range is great and you will find that you will be out of viewing range before these headphones disconnect. I was able to walk around a two-thousand square foot home without them disconnecting. The sound in the headphones are decent, they are not the best, but are better than good. Everything that I listened to from TV to music sounded great. I’ve purchased Insignia brand products in the past and have been pleased with the pricing and build quality. I believe these Digital Wireless Headphones will provide hours, days, and even years of listening pleasure for you without disturbing others.

    So I got these specifically for my Nanny because at 85 her hearing certain pitches especially voices on tv have diminished and instead of having the tv turned up max volume I figured she (and everyone else in the house haha) could benefit from using these instead.She loves them. I put them on and they do have a good sound. She watches Bluegrass on her country channel and I must say they put a pop in her step. They're very lightweight plastic framed. The cushioned ear surrounds are comfortable. They're simple in design. Far from high end and without bluetooth capability. But work great for someone wanting privacy for television. Set up was simple plug and play. Everything was self explanatory. You can connect two different items through RCA and one through digital optic input. The frequency these run are 5.8ghz which is the same as my Router. I wouldn't recommend for gaming but for general television purposes they work great. At this price they're are some better options in my opinion but they do serve their purpose. I'd recommend these to others

    When we attempted to get help for this particular problem for this particular item I would actually say we were misinformed or flat out lied to

    It quit working and needs replacing. I paid the Geek Squad to install the Headphones and my wife's new TV. I know this is a quality item, but the Headphones quit working.

    Bought this for my 82 years-old father. It' is easy to setup and instructions aren't needed. Simply plug it in to the electrical outlet and then plug the RCA or Optical cords into your TV/Cable box and you're done. Literally a 5-10 minute process. It doesn't come with the optical cord, but it does come with the RCA cord as well as RCA-to-headjack adapter. The RCA cord is only about 3-5ft... needs to be longer. The headset seats on the charge pins atop the tower nicely and a button on the tower lights up red to indicate charging. The headset automatically pairs with the tower when you hang it on it the first time. The quality of sound is actually pretty good. Not Bose quality, but good. The headset has 4 buttons-- Power, Up Vol, Down Vol, & Input select. Is easy to use. You don't need to turn the headset on or off if you simply place it on the tower when done. I think the ease of setup & use in addition to decent sound quality makes this a very good choice.

    I will have to return as soon as the Local Best Buy store is fully open, and I can talk with a technician to see if they have one that will work with my tv.. I do not have a Smart TV...
