Awesome. Installed easy. Bought because we had two sets of headphones (same brand) that interfered with each other. Problem solved. I really like that even if I pause the show for a long time I don't get static. I can cook in the kitchen and still listen to the news from my bedroom tv.

This bluetooth headset by Insignia is ok. It is not bad but it also is not 5 stars. They hook up by analog and digital connection. The sound quality is fair. The time of use before recharge is about 10 hours. It does charge easily on the base unit, but that means putting it back where it belongs...ha ha The objective is met with this product but it is not anything, but average. The headphones have a cheap feel to them. The base unit is plastic. The range to the bluetooth is about 30 feet. The headphones have volume control on board and that is a nice feature. The instructions are terrible, but it is easy to work through the product features. Ill say it again..it is ok. Not great, but not bad.

    Disappointed

Had these but returned because controls very annoying. Separate buttons on one side too close together for power, volume up, volume down, and another for something never used. Press-and-hold for several seconds to power up, volume up or down, and the other one for ???. Blinking lights, wobbles on charging stand, permanently installed batteries, OK sound for TV but poor for classical music- all was too much and returned to get the Sony WHRF400 for same price and simple controls.

Purchased as a gift. It took us a little bit of time to figure out how to get it connected to our not so smart tv - but once we did it has allowed my husband to watch tv without disturbing me at all! Also, very comfortable.

This headphone system was horrible! Purchased these for my elderly father after his previous headphone system stopped working. Two things. First, I have no idea why these headphones would automatically switch over to the different frequency? I first chose the optical cable connection to the TV. For what ever reason. These would switch over to the RCA mode? When this continually happened. I then changed the TV hook up to the RCA connection. Figuring maybe this would solve the issue. And again. This unit would switch over to the other mode, Optical????? I returned them for another pair and experienced the same result? The second issue I have with these is the sound quality is poor. I originally purchased my dad the Sennheiser RS 175 Digital Wireless Headphone System. Which is what I was conditioned to. And may not be a fair assessment of the sound quality of the Insignia Headphones. But I purchased these for $118. I just assumed the sound quality would be some what adequate. Nope! With my poor father being frustrated by this continual glitch. I returned the second pair and just invested in another Sennheiser unit. Buying these headphones was overall a terrible experience!

Can not get the headphones and the soundbar to work at the same time. When I turn the soundbar off I can get sound through the tv and the headphones (volumes controlled separately) which I like. On the headphone it is very hard to distinguish one control from the other they are very small and very close together. I am hooked up with the optical connection and the sound is good but fades in and out on occasion. Also the headphones have sealed batteries, when they wear out you are SOL. There are other systems out there that have replaceable batteries. I am an older guy with hearing issues and only use these for tv. I may take these back and go with the Sennheiser rs 175.
