    Needs metal headband

    I bought these headphones in Feb. 2019. This week the headband broke in two places with normal use and no abuse. Only two adults use it. That is the only problem I have with them. I wish I could find some with a metal headband. The Sennheiser I had a few years ago did the same thing. It also had a plastic headband. I would recommend the product along with a caution about the headband.

    RF wieeless headphones.

    They work well, just one issue if your tv is hooked to a 5.4 ghz wifi the head set wipes out your internet. Other than that not bad.

    First unit was damaged; second required Geek Squad

    Still problems after five weeks. The first unit I bought had a damaged optical input. I exchanged it. I could not figure out how to connect it. The Geek Squad came out and got it set up and working. I pressed an off button and now can't get it on again.

    Scammed by Best Buy on a return

    I liked the item but it quit working after just 2 months. I called insignia and they said I could take it back to Best Buy and they would do an even exchange as it had a one year warranty. I took it back, Best Buy took care of the return but wanted to charge me an extra $50 above what I originally paid instead of an even exchange for the exact same item. If that is how Best Buy takes care of customers, I doubt I will go there anymore.

    Don't buy

    Bought these early Feb. I had also buy another cable to make them work, so that took a few days. Then about 2 days later my husband and brother were in serious car wreck - one broke his eye the other his neck. Life was hectic. After some of that settled down, got to use these. They worked for one week. Then all I got was a loud screeching sound. Since it was past the 15 day return window I had to return them for store credit. Once I use the store credit will not shop at Best buy again. Total rip off.

    They don’t work!

    Did not ever work! Over about 3 weeks my partner and I did everything possible to pair these headphones but nothing worked. We contacted support 3 times, bought cables, all without success. Then bought a different brand and these paired within minutes. Had to return these. One of the worst most time-consuming purchases ever!

    I purchased this for my daughter to watch TV without making us all have to watch TV. My husband got it out and set it up using a new optical cord to a LG tv. He paired it to the base unit and switched the output to use the optical input and only got loud static. He turned the TV audio to use the optical, but there was no change. He's tried powering everything off, pairing it several times, but now change. Appears to be a lemon right out of the box. I will be returning these unless I can find a solution somewhere online.

    Comfortable and looks good. Problem is I tried it on 3 different TV and never got it to work. Minimal troubleshoot from customer service. Wanted me to make an appointment to have it checked. I opted not to drive 40 miles and bought a different product instead.

    Sorry to say that these headphones I bought to hear the TV and not bother my family late, did NOT work well. It constantly cut off words and sentences from TV, loosing the whole story of movies, etc. I called and after their useless suggestion to move around the ends of the wire, still not working. So I had to return this useless thing!

    Kept turning itself off. Power button would not turn it on, would only power on by unplugging and then plugging in again. I returned it for another unit and it malfunctioned the same way. Returned the second until. Good return service with BB, but I wasted a lot of time.

    This is not for sale on Amazon because they are hiding something. They fear bad reviews. This thing is bluetooth based meaning you will forever wrestle with disconnects. My unit paired the 1st day but not a day after that. This is simply a $100 blue blinking light. Dont waste your money, get Sennheiser.
