This item is too expensive for what you actually get. The controls do not work well, and connectivity is not good on all brands of TV. My primary reason for buying this, is so that I can watch my TV in bed, with my wife trying to sleep beside me. This headset makes crackling noises like it is tearing inside the left earphone, when I move my head, just to adjust my viewing position. This brand is all that the Best Buy locations had to offer, when I wanted not to have to order online and wait for delivery. The newest crop of Best Buy, and Geek Squad folks are neither very up-to-date on their inventory nor their product knowledge.. I know now that the excuse that someone will give me for what is poor quality merchandise, and poor quality service from customer service on the floor of the stores, is COVID-19. I am a long-time Geek Squad customer, and I do not seem to be able to get Geek Squad to do the online repairs that I need, the way that I ask them to. They have left my PC in worse shape three times so far than it was in when I allowed them to do remote repairs. The 2nd level tech. that is supposed to complete the work that I ask for, at a time in the future, not immediately, usually ignores my wishes, and specific instructions. I always ask the level 2 tech. to phone me when they are starting the work. I have waited sometimes days before they start to work, and they will not phone me.

easy setup but usual directions from a non American translator is so literal the instruction bring smiles. But a bit of persistence and you should be up and running.

I needed a good set of headphones to last and provide quality audio. This product is everything I needed. It picks up little sounds you ordinarily don't hear that I never heard previously from other ones I've purchased. A surprise I wasn't expecting was a quasi Dolby surround sound experience. An example is the vibration from gunshots or explosives. Ambient room sounds are a thing of the past. Barking dogs to fighters just after take-off (I live by an Air Force base) are silenced. Great product at a very reasonable cost.

The headphones work great good sound quality and no problems hooking them up.

I am so happy to get these headphones. I have a family member whose tv is just too loud. So now when I'm in the living room I can listen to the tv in peace. They are also very easy to connect to the tv.

The quality/price is unbeatable. Live with my daughter and grandson and being 82 maybe they are right that my hearing is not what it used to be and so maybe I watch TV at a higher volume. Need at set of wireless head phones at a price that doesn’t break the bank since I would only be using in the late evening when my grandson would be studying or goin to sleep. Best Buy’s associate listened to my needs, offer a few suggestions and solved my problem.

Great headphones for watching TV and not disturbing everyone else in the room. Got af an open box special.. Came in excellent condition.

The sound is excellent. Fits well on my head. It does however bother me after awhile. Small enough to fit on my tv console.

Nice to be able to hear the tv with these headphones while my wife can hear the tv at the same time.

Perfect for our situation. My elderly mother has a hearing issue and this headset allows her to listen to TV without blasting the rest of us out of the room. Easy to connect, long battery life. Good quality sound.

Easy set up, works great. First time I purchased this, there were no headphones only charging dock. Make sure you check the boxes, including open box items.

These headphones work better than I expected. They put out great sound and distance for reception. These headphones charge fast and hold a charge for a long time. I wish I had bought these a long time ago. Thank you Best Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sound is great and it keeps it's charge for a week. (If you use them about 4 hours per day.). I would recommend them to anyone who wants others in the house to sleep, or wants to turn the volume up for any reason.

Works good with Rca cables. It would be better with a replaceable battery. Can not make it work with digital cable on 3 lg tvs. Can not set them to pcm. One is a smart tv.

Outstanding product. Comfortable, very good sound and easy to set up. I recommend the Digital Optical Cable connection for the best sound quality. Very happy with product and it is very inexpensive compared to others.

I tried 2 other brands, and this unit was by far the best. The set up was easy, and the quality is very good. My wife can sleep while I enjoy the last hour of my day!
