I found that the earpads are not large enough to be completely over-the ear and that after a little while the mashing of my ears becomes quite uncomfortable. I previously had a set of Sony headphones which had round earpads and fit completely around my ears and were more comfortable. I had to change brands because I got a new TV which required a digital optical connection and the Sony, unfortunately, doesn't have that feature. I also found the various control buttons vey hard to use.

The sound is incredible, blocks out all background noise and doesn't disturb the rest of the house with a loud TV. Good price for the value, easy to install. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing headphones to watch tv!

They sound very clear and I sit a good 15 feet away from my tv. They work great at longer distances too when I get up to grab something from the other end of the tv room. I am very impressed and highly satisfied!

They are wonderful for everyone because the TV is no longer blasting. He can adjust the volume at his convenience. They are easy to use and the quality is exceptional.

Long battery life when fully charged, have not had an issue yet. Very comfortable over the ears. Will get another pair for my other tv in future.

Best Buy Customer Service nightmares

Had to return. Worked with previous LG OLED. Would recommend profuct only with higher end TVs at this point. Got an Apple TV instead and works much better. Mostly came here to say that Online return experience/customer support at Best Buy is an absolute disaster.

Works but the setup was not what I had thought

I was thinking the setup for this would be an RF Jack plugging in from the base to my stereo receiver but alas it wasn't and that was really what I needed so I actually returned this item. Sound was ok but I would have preferred something that emulates surround sound with a bit of bass. I expect something like that would cost ore. If you are on a budget don't hesitate to get these.
